Silent failure

What a
lost lead looks like

A typical story. Everything looks fine, but the site stops receiving leads.

  1. A plugin was updated

An ordinary Tuesday. The site opens and looks the same as always.

    Plugin updated without errors
  2. The form went silent

The visitor sees “Thank you!”, but the lead goes nowhere. No errors on screen.

The form looks fine but sends nothing
  3. Silence

Usually 5–10 leads arrive by lunchtime. Today — none.

No new leads, although there usually are
  4. Pulbeat signal

You learn about the problem right away and don't lose customers.

Pulbeat notices the silence and sends an alert

Other things break just as quietly: SMTP after a password change, anti-spam that blocks real leads, and online store checkout.

    Connect a site

An administrator installs the plugin and enters a one-time code from the dashboard.

    14 days of learning

Pulbeat learns your normal lead rhythm and meanwhile reports only obvious failures.

FAQ

The essentials
in brief

Answers to common questions to help you get started with Pulbeat faster.

1Where do I get the plugin?

Log in to the dashboard with the link from your email — you'll find the “Download plugin” button and a connection code there. Installation is a regular zip upload in WordPress, no server setup.

2Does it replace an SMTP plugin?

No. SMTP plugins send email. Pulbeat makes sure leads keep coming in and emails go out, and works alongside them.

3Is every quiet period a failure?

No. We alert only if there are usually noticeably more than zero leads at this time, and now there are none. We compare with the same time in previous weeks and don't bother low-traffic sites.

4What data do you see?

Only the number of submissions, errors and orders in 5-minute intervals. Lead content never leaves your site.

5How do I pay?

The first 14 days are free. Then choose a plan in the dashboard and we'll email you an invoice. Pay monthly or yearly (2 months free).

6Do you need hosting access?

No. WordPress administrator rights are enough: install the plugin and enter the code from the dashboard. We need no FTP, SSH or site passwords.
